Download SmartStream

Install the SmartStream Download Manager using the Downloader app.

Download Code 7974274 Enter this in Downloader, then select Go.

Step-by-step

Open Downloader

Find the orange Downloader app. If it is not on the main home screen, open the Toolbox folder and look there.

Enter the download code

Inside Downloader, select the search or URL box. Enter 7974274, then select Go.

Note: If the number pad is not visible, select ?123 on the on-screen keyboard.

Install SmartStream

When the SmartStream install prompt appears, select Install. Wait for installation to finish. When the app installed screen appears, select Done.

Important: Do not select Open yet.

Delete the installer file

When Downloader asks what to do with the install file, select Delete, then select Delete again to confirm. This keeps device storage clean.

If installation is blocked

Some devices may block installation with a security prompt. Select Settings, then allow Downloader to install unknown apps.

Path: Settings › Apps › Security & Restrictions › Unknown Sources
Turn the Downloader toggle ON
Press Back, return to Downloader, and select Install again

Issue	Fix
I cannot find Downloader	Check the Toolbox folder.
The number keyboard is not showing	Select ?123 on the on-screen keyboard.
Install is blocked	Go to Unknown Apps settings and turn Downloader ON.
I accidentally selected Open	Exit back to the home screen and continue with the shortcut article.

Add SmartStream to the Home Screen

Remove the old Unlinked widget and replace it with a SmartStream shortcut.

Find the Unlinked widget

On the home screen, locate the Unlinked widget. It is usually near the top-right area of the launcher.

Open the widget menu

Highlight the Unlinked widget, then press and hold OK or Select on the remote.

Note: Do not quick-click it — a normal click may open the app instead.

Remove the Unlinked widget

When the widget menu appears, select Remove. This clears space on the home screen grid.

Select the empty space

Move to the empty grid space where the Unlinked widget was removed. Open the widget menu for that space and select Pick Widget.

Choose ATV Launcher and Favorite App

Select the ATV Launcher widget option. Then choose Favorite App as the widget type.

Select SmartStream and apply

In the application list, choose SmartStream and apply the widget. Your SmartStream shortcut should now appear on the home screen.

Done

SmartStream is now available directly from the home screen.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Fix
The widget opens instead of showing options	Highlight it again and press and hold OK or Select.
I do not see Pick Widget	Make sure you are selecting the empty grid space, not an existing app tile.
I do not see SmartStream in the app list	Confirm SmartStream was installed successfully first.
The shortcut looks wrong	Reopen widget settings and make sure the selected app is SmartStream.

Connect the SmartStream Library

Open SmartStream, connect the library, and send your Device HWID to your administrator.

Launch SmartStream

Open SmartStream Download Manager from your home screen shortcut.

Enter the library code

When the SmartStream library screen appears, enter U5MP-W4WH. Then select Connect to Library.

Find your Device HWID

While on the same screen, look near the bottom for your unique Device HWID. This is the identifier your administrator needs to provision access.

Send the HWID to admin

Send your Device HWID to your administrator. Your account needs to be provisioned before full library access is available.

Browse after provisioning

Once provisioned, open the SmartStream Library and browse categories such as Sports, Live TV, Movies, Utilities, and Download Managers.

Done

Your SmartStream library is connected. After admin provisioning, you can browse and download available content.

If you need your Device HWID later, open SmartStream and select Device Info at the bottom of the screen.

The library will not connect	Check that the code was entered exactly as U5MP-W4WH.
I do not have access after connecting	Send your Device HWID to your administrator.
I forgot to copy my HWID	Open SmartStream and select Device Info.
The library appears empty	Wait for admin provisioning, then reopen SmartStream.

Part 1 — Download SmartStream

Open Downloader

Find the orange Downloader app. If it is not on the main home screen, open the Toolbox folder and look there.

Enter the download code

Inside Downloader, select the search or URL box. Enter 7974274, then select Go.

Install SmartStream

When the install prompt appears, select Install. Wait for installation to finish, then select Done.

Important: Do not select Open yet.

Delete the installer file

Part 2 — Add SmartStream to the Home Screen

Part 3 — Connect the Library & Provision Access

Launch SmartStream

Open SmartStream Download Manager from your home screen shortcut.

Enter the library code

When the library screen appears, enter U5MP-W4WH. Then select Connect to Library.

Find your Device HWID
